- Add or remove foam as needed to achieve your desired height and firmness.
- Store any removed foam in a clean, dry place for future adjustments.

Step 3: Fluff the Pillow
- Fluff the pillow by kneading and shaking it to distribute the foam evenly.
- Repeat this process regularly to maintain the pillow's shape and support.

Step 4: Position the Pillow
- Place the pillow under your head and neck, ensuring proper alignment for your sleeping position:
